Please help a potential buyer understand the advantages between the older E5 to the newer Heliums sizes in 7m and/or 9m for foiling and surfing. Thanks

One thing I don't understand is why the range shifts up 2 or 3 knots on the low-end for these two kites sizes. Seems to me that a lighter weight foiling kite would have better low-end than it's predecessor.

I had the E5 in 5,7,9 and now the H3 in 7,10 and soon 12.
Not sure about the chart...

The low end on the H3 7m² and E5 7m² is about the same, even after flying them back to back.
That is on a surfboard.

The top end is a bit better on the H3 or rather the range where the kite feels like it is the right size.
The E5 often felt too big for me, even though it was still usable.

Elements were almost .5m bigger than the number on the kite. Maybe that's the difference you felt. Helium compensates in the lowend with higher AR and lower weight probably.

I agree that low end is really similar to E5 with maybe 10% more comfortable range on the top end than E5 had....riding a surfboard. Don't foil yet so don't know how the 2 compare there but this kite stays in the air much easier than E5 did so I'd assume a better foiling weapon too.

Interesting! Are the new E6's also bigger than their stated size?

You can check the data yourself in the 'specification' sections. IIRC the E6's are just as big as the number. Nitro's and Legacies also.
