Dear all,

which 5th line bar from other brands would work 100% with the Legacy 1?

Thanks,

i have tested 2 bars and they work.

Cabrinha Chaos 1X Fixed Length Control Bar w/ Trimlite if you want the 4/6 lines

Ozone C4 V6 CONTROL SYSTEM - I use that one personally

I use Liquid Force 4-line bar with an added 5th line, so a LF 5-line bar would work 100%. LF 4-line swivel is different from the 5-line one, it has a larger center opening, but modding is still quite easy.

Why you don't consider V3 bar? That safety issue is extremely overblown in my opinion. If they offered it as a deal, I would take it (they are doing that right now, but only when you're buying a new kite).

I only need a bar, so no offer and if I pay the full price I prefer to wait for V4 :).

Would a North 2015 5th element bar work good? As I see it has a Y split and not a V split like the Switch bar. Would this be very noticable when flying?

Kind regards

The high v on a north 5th element is no good on the Legacy. I know because I tried it and the kite doesn't fly well at all on a high v system. I ride a modded Switch v3 and or an airrush bar with my Legacy kites

As I explained: I'm not forking out 300 € for a V3 bar which I don't like. If V4 does not arrive soon, there is plenty of other bars available at bargain prices.

I use an Airrush 5th line bar that works perfectly, Naish 5th line bar also works too. Just make sure all of your lines are of equal length when sheeted in fully. Low v bars are best for this kite.
