Re: Element Tip Tangle on Launch

I've never seen anyone using a tether in my 12 years of kiting the east coast of Australia.
I've also never had a self launch issue before the Element 5.

Re: What next? / No Removable Mono-Strut / Bye, Bye, Bill!

I must say, it's sad to see Bill go but I'm also excited about the new designs coming. @ Naishdude - I don't know what choice you had to make, as I know you have been on Ozone Reos for the last 2 seasons ? Re: Controller 3 bar on a nitro 6

That's what it was designed for, front lines have knots / attach to the loops on kite.
Back lines have loops / attach to one of the 3 knots of your choice on the kite pigtails.

Hope this helps

I started a thread a while back about the E6, Switch said pretty much the same as above about the N7.

Re: light wind surf kite

By heavy, I think KH is saying the 11/13 Elements are too heavy for the wind he wants to fly them in. I also have 7&10m E5,s & wouldn't go any bigger than a10m for the same reason. What I would gain in absolute power, I loose in turning speed - so no real gain. The Element needs to be built lighter ...
