Yeah, it's been a shocker of a start to our season (I'm from the Sunny Coast).

Very keen on a 12ish m Helium, when they come out.

How about a lighter Element?, I've had a Cloud kite (12m) - was great in light wind but useless once the wind picked up. Also a bitch to relaunch if you dropped it in the water. I think the struts (3) have a big influence on turning speed, they help twist the wing tips. Mono strutt,s are better to r...

One thing that I don't want to see change in the future is the Switch customer service.

From my experience, absolutely first class & keep up the good work guys.

I remember reading about this issue, someone said they fixed theirs by adjusting a grub screw that was restricting the safety lines travel. Not following grub screw? I'm talking about the diameter of the hole in the quick release assembly when you feed the safety line back thru. https://preview.ibb...

Holding onto the upwind steering (back) line is a great idea, as that's the one that gets wrapped.

Hello Topmick: Your rear line is probably catching on the wingtip line deflector where it is sewn to the LE closing seam.
