Re: WTF Switch

Agreed. Expecting the customer to believe obvious lies about pricing changes is like a big shout out to customers: "Hey stupid! we are giving you more awesomer deals" This sort of selling only works short term for people you don't know and hope never to see again. Switch management needs to assess w...

Re: NZ GST

Sk_admin, I have to disagree with the positive spin you are attempting to put on this. The price a customer pays is not the price on your website but the price on your Web site plus customs levvys and handling fees and additional time the customer spends to complete these tasks. While the changes ha...

NZ GST

Hi all, If you are used to checking if GST is included in the listed NZ price and being told that yes, it's is, please note that the issues other countries have with importing switchkites now apply to New Zealand too. The list price in NZD will no longer include the customs levy, you will have to pa...

Re: Nitro 7?

dtmt, if you look at the aspect ratio in the N7 specs its low like the old elements and even lower again for the smaller sizes. This helps turning and also gives low end power. Projected aspect is around 2,5 which is pretty high. Element was 1,6 if I'm not mistaken. Aspect has little to do with tur...

Re: Nitro 7 Review

Yes,
When you are maxed out on depower and wind how does the turning compare to the E7 in the same circumstances?

Re: Wind range of Nitro V6 8m vs Torch 7m

Go Nitro7 not Nitro 6. Two online reviews I saw the riders are saying the wind range is really good. Mark Jacobs notes a great wind range in the video review as one of the great new features: 1 boost + hang time, 2 Control for megaloops, 3 great wind range. Personally I can't say... next kite for me...

Re: Nitro 7?

I'm curious to see how it behaves at high depower. I have the E7 in 14m (with pulleys) and it behaves like a dream at max depower. Steers nicely without powering up like prev recent nitros and elements. So nice to have a kite that behaves beautifully through high wind range and use of depower too. I...

Re: Switch Element V6

Rather than buy a new kite (especially one that doesn't exist like a 1 strut Element 6 7m), you would be better off working on your foiling skills. You sound like you're very much a beginner foiler. It's tempting to buy new kites and smaller kites when you think you're overpowered, and smaller kite...

Re: Switch Element V6

Did everyone find the forum again?

Got my new E6 14m this morning. Not bad for order on Monday afternoon and Friday now! 8-)
