Re: Switch Element V6

I need a new 12m kite. I've owned Switch kites for several years and anything smaller that 12m, I prefer Nitros and Elements as my kites of choice compared to any manufacturer. I've owned various brands, but prefer Switch for performance and durability. That said, I also own a 12m Nitro5 that's fun ...

Re: Spam in the forum

Seems someone from Switch ought to have in their job description to review the forum on a daily basis looking for spam. Just gives the impression that Switch isn't paying attention to details.

Re: New Board

I can't believe Switch released a new product without some sort of info video. A few 'love my new board' testimonials and that's it. I had to make a buying decision for this year's board and went elsewhere.

Re: nitro on ozone contact bar.

You can always buy a set of universal pigtails and reverse the loops/knots. I use the C4 bar, but one of my kites is a Naish that has opposite attachment points. I bought a set of universal pigtails and just leave them on the Naish kite.

Does it have any elasticity so it doesn't hang loose? I replaced mine also, but with regular kite line.

Re: Controller 4

Maybe this has been covered after 11 pages, but wanted to post a maintenance alert that people should observe. I've been using a C4 bar the past two summers with no complaints. Simple bar and I use it with all my kites no matter which manufacturer. The coated depower rope protects the line from the ...

Re: Controller 3 Spare Parts

When will spare parts for the controller 3 be coming back in. Or Is the intention to make us all buy the expensive and badly designed controller 4? What part are you looking for? I can sell you my Controller 3 quick release assembly cheap. I live in the US. I bought one of those disgusting Controll...

Re: Controller 4

The safety bungee and center kite line should be connected as shown in the picture. I loosened the knot slightly to take the picture.

Re: Controller 4

I think he means once the quick release is 'released' and runs up the flag line, the knot connecting the safety bungee to the center kite line will not feed back thru the quick release.

I was going to suggest he check how the knot is tied between the safety bungee and the center kite line.
